Class descriptions
Vinyasa/Power Flow/Mixed Level: suitable for all levels, although total beginners might want to try some basic level classes first. Some flow, tempered with the right amount of alignment instruction.
Level 1: emphasis on building a strong foundation with good alignment. Ideal for beginner students.
Yoga Tune Up®: a challenging but accessible practice designed by Jill Miller. Refreshing movements from classical yoga, calisthenics, body therapy, and pilates explore every micro-region of your body's anatomy. Systemically and intelligently primes your body/mind/spirit.
Yoga Tune Up® Flow: incorporates the nuts and bolts of sound biomechanics into a playful flow that challenges the body from every conceivable angle until breakthroughs occur. Travel your mind and body along innovative and surprising detours within a flow sequence using targeted mini-viniyasas, dynamic stretches and unconventional asana.
Yoga Tune Up® Bliss Out: A unique blend of self-massage, therapeutic movement, conscious breathing and deep sedation.
